UNCORKING OREGON 

Here is my Mission Statement:  Robert and Hunter.  These two boys are why I created Uncorking Oregon.  After spending a lifetime taking care of other people at the expense of my own children, I dreamt of a life where I could take care of everyone.  That dream came true in the form of Uncorking Oregon.  My Love and Kisses to everyone who has helped me get this far.  You are why I do this, and together, we can make all our wishes a reality!

Our Business

Taken from Mo Ayoub's veranda in November 2007, this is the the kind of intimate experience you can expect with Uncorking Oregon.  At only 4 acres, it is nearly impossible to find Ayoub Pinot Noir outside of Oregon.  Imagine the intensity of California, the earth of France, and the acid of Germany.  It's like that.

Mo refuses to compromise quality, which is why we are proud to call him a tour partner.  You need this wine in your cellar!

Who We Are

As principal director, Gretchen Wilcox brings more than 20 years of professional wine experience from 7 major wine markets, including Aspen and Napa Valley.  Now a Portlander since 2005, she is as passionate about Oregon Pinot Noir as she is about French Morey-St.-Denis
