FAQ'S

  • How will you know what wines I want?
  • We will spend time talking with you either via email or telephone to find out your likes and dislikes in-depth.  We guarantee all case one shipments, and will not ship until we are confident we understand your cellar and palate needs.

*~*

  • How do you choose which wines to send me?
  • We only send wines that we taste.  Unlike retail stores, we never succumb to high pressure sales tactics from agressive brokers.  Even if the wine is highly allocated; if it's not balanced, it will be even worse by the time you drink it.

FAQ'S

  • Do you have testimonials from other clients?
  • Yes, we do, as well as references.  Our long time clients have, thankfully, become good friends.  In addition, most labels that we have access to we could not acquire if we did not have credibility.

*~*

  • Where does your credibility come from?
  • Gretchen Wilcox is an Advanced Level candidate with the Court of Master Sommelier, having passed both blind tasting and service.  She is also a student of the famed Darrell Corti of Corti Bros in Sacramento, and is proudly mentored by several Master Sommeliers.
