Recommendations for the thermometer and hygrometer inside?
I'm trying to control the temperature and humidity in a closet that I think can be used as a warehouse. Before investing in custom wine racks I check if the closet (in the basement) is suitable for long term storage of all types of wine. Can anyone recommend a decent wine thermometer? I believe humidity is also a key factor for any gadget that measures both would be ideal.
If I were you, I would check my local store or online store cigars (ie Thompson Cigars or international). They have been specially designed thermometers / hygrometers humidors that are very nice and probably does not run too much.
